If you need to return or exchange this item, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt of your purchase.• Returns are accepted for 90 days from purchase according to vendor discretion for reasons other than damage and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, if eligible for return.

Very pleased with the quality. I am amazed that it cleans so well also. My daughter is constanly spilling juice on it, and it wipes away very easily. Doesn't bang up easy, she has been rough with it also.
